The Customer will be deemed to be fully aware of the terms and conditions set forth below.

PRICES   Prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes or postage. Shipping costs may vary by country or province of destination. Matélevage's prices are based on the prices in force on the date of the order or submission. We will notify you of any price changes, if any.

MINIMUM ORDER   There is no minimum order. Matélevage will treat all orders with the same importance.

TERMS   Our payment terms are 30 days. We reserve the right to change the terms of payment, to require payment in whole or in part before shipping the order.

DAMAGES   All shipments are inspected and manually counted before shipment. Please inspect your order on receipt and indicate any damage on the carrier's delivery note. Note that any damage in the transport is the responsibility of the carrier and must be claimed as soon as possible directly to it.

MISSING MERCHANDISE   Any other defects or missing goods must be communicated to us with proof within 2 (two) working days of receipt.

RETURN   Returns can be made within 10 days of receipt of the order. No returns will be accepted without the original invoice and authorization from us. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The transport costs remain the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be added for any return. Obsolete or substandard products and special order products will not be accepted for re-stocking.

WARRANTY   We will honor the warranties of the manufacturers when applicable. Only defects in design or workmanship will be covered.

PROPERTY OF THE MERCHANDISE   Matélevage reserves the ownership of the goods until full payment of the invoice. In case of total or partial non-payment of the price at the end of the term or in case of non-compliance by the buyer with the conditions of sale, the seller may demand, by full and unrestricted right, the return of the goods at the expense of risks and perils of the buyer. This refund does not amount to the resolution of the sale.
